the process
Step by step…
Step by step, start to finish, we’ve got you covered! We will start by taking a full site survey to get to know your space inside and out. Our experienced team of designers collaborate closely with you and your team, making sure every millimetre of the space is tailored to suit your needs, your culture, and the way you work. Once the design is signed off, we move into the build phase. Our in-house construction team works hand in hand with our designers to bring your vision to life. On time, on budget, with no surprises.
1. The Brief
Once we have completed the survey we will have a proper chat to get to know the brief. Whether its Cat A or Cat B fit out, this is where we get the details: your budget, the end user and how they work, your brand and what you need the space to do for you. Basically, we want to know it all, so we can design something that truly fits.
2. The Design
We’re all about clever solutions that make the most of every square metre, transforming your space into something seriously special. From floor choices, to paint colours, power points to data. Every detail matters. And while we’re making everything look great, we’re also working closely with trusted contractors to make sure all the mechanical and electrical services are covered too.
3. The Furniture
Then come furniture sourcing. We're build great relationships with trusted commercial furniture suppliers, so you have access to quality pieces that really last. We love helping you pick out the perfect furniture. Choosing fabrics, finishes and styles that reflect you and your brand, right down to the last thread.
4.The Build
Finally, it’s time to bring it all to life. The space is stripped out and prepped, ready for build works to begin. Our construction team works closely with the design team and site manager to ensure everything runs smoothly, from first fix to final finish!
